Good package, slow support

I booked an all-inclusive stay in Tunisia last month. The package itself was a good deal for the price, the hotel was exactly as described, and flights were fine. However, I had a question about baggage allowance a week before departure and tried to call customer service. It took me two days to actually get someone on the phone, which was a bit frustrating. The information I got was clear once I connected, but the wait times could definitely be improved. Overall, a solid 4-star experience for value.

Quick Balearic Islands booking

Booked a last-minute trip to the Balearic Islands. Website was easy to navigate. Got a good price. Travel documents arrived promptly. No issues with the booking or the trip itself.

Great value for family trip

I was looking for a good deal for a family trip to Spain and found a fantastic all-inclusive package with an 'enfant gratuit' reduction for our daughter. The price was really competitive compared to other sites I checked. I was a bit hesitant since it was my first time using Promosejours, but the booking process was straightforward. We saved a good chunk of money, which was the main goal. The documents arrived on time, and everything went off without a hitch. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Easy trip to Crete

Just got back from a club de vacances in Crete. It was really easy to book on their site. Everything went smoothly from the flight to the hotel. Had a nice time, no drama. Would use them again for sure.

Reliable for Mexico trip

This was my third time booking with Promosejours, this time for a trip to Mexico. Like my previous bookings for Greece and Morocco, the process was consistent. The prices are always fair, especially for their circuit organisé options. No surprises, which is what I look for in a travel agency. The only minor thing was that the flight times changed slightly a month out, but they notified me quickly. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.
